Sophie’s Hiking Adventures
Sophie loves getting out hiking, she’s been on many of the trails in and around High Point and NorthWest NC. Here’s some of our adventures.
One of the perks of living in High Point is having a wonderful nature center near by. The Piedmont Environmental Center has several trails, connects to the Greenway, and has a very active science center. The lake is accessible from City Lake Park
Mount Rogers is the highest point in Virginia and is a wonderful day hike.
I made a quick video of our hike up Three Top Mountain.
Three Top Mountain Trail is near West Jefferson and is almost as much of adventure to get to as it is to hike. Here’s the link on All Trails, Three Top Mountain.
